Since 2003, Houston HOPE has engaged in ongoing efforts to address the issue of poverty within seven of Houston's most blighted communities.   The Houston Hope model is centered on resident empowerment .   It is our philosophy that significant change is best achieved when community members take the lead in identifying issues within their neighborhoods while collaborating with community leaders, non-profit organizations, government, policy makers, philanthropic entities, corporations, and other supporters in addressing those concerns.  

Houston HOPE is cooperating with various individuals and organizations to eventually provide youth programs, educational services, employment opportunities and other types of assistance.

Any and every contribution is a valuable investment towards improving the quality of life for residents of Houston's low-income neighborhoods.
